East Bay man sent woman unsolicited child porn videos with a selfie, police say

OAKLAND An East Bay man has been charged with distributing child sexual abuse material to a woman who stated police she didn t want or ask for it court records show Daniel Savedra is in jail facing charges of possessing more than images of child pornography distributing sexual abuse videos to the woman and possessing a methamphetamine pipe allegedly unveiled in his possession He is set to have a bail hearing on Wednesday which could lead to his release from jail court records show Savedra allegedly made it easy for police He sent the woman a selfie in between videos depicting prepubescent children being raped and sexually abused administration revealed The woman explained police she hardly knew Savedra and that he had propositioned her during their brief interactions She explained he included comments alongside the videos like texting I like to do this with little babies functionaries disclosed He also allegedly sent her a video of himself engaged in a sex act with an adult while smoking methamphetamine according to personnel The crimes were announced to Alameda police Savedra was later arrested in Hayward For now Savedra s bail has been set at records show
